A: Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on.
A: Check whether your phone’s Bluetooth is switched on, and rule out the possibility that someone else has connected to the printer.
B: Check if the thermal paper has run out, and replace it in time.
C: Check if the print head is overheated. If so, wait for it to cool down before printing again.
D: Restart the printer. If the problem persists, press the reset button to restore.
A: This may be caused by incorrect installation of the printing paper. Please try placing the paper with the correct side facing.
A: Red light flashing quickly: Battery is low. Please keep charging. While charging, the red light flashes slowly.
B: Red light steady on: Check if the thermal paper has run out, and replace it in time.
